In the summer of 2011 PJ Norman and his partner, photographer Diana Scheunemann, undertook a two-month tour of the United States as part of a series of annual creative projects. The resulting output will be presented online, in galleries and in an art film, title Love American Skin.

PJ Norman is adding music from several of his projects to accompany the film and online experience. With his solo project, Iamprimate, he performed shows in New York, Austin, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Chicago. Scenes and photography for the art film, and exhibition were shot en route throughout the eight weeks in locations and venues throughout the USA.
